BEIJING IN GREY.

its the time of the year when restaurants get busy and credit cards receive over exposures; dont forget spf. we decided to go budget. a little eatery at far east brings us back to our beijing memories; the dumplings. similar and taste pretty good! we peeled off out usual self and tried somethin new today to show our skinny legs! and we walked. we kept walkin for no reason. we just wan to keep walkin into the new year...

the little stall at far east.. the usual chinese la mian you can get at most food courts. haa. no big a deal. but with the price what the hell. and its not crowded like the chicken rice or the mee goreng stalls. suck sticks!

the noodles are supportin.. whats in is the plate of 'water cooked dumplings' its taste almost like what i had in beijing. what i had in beijin were huge bloated tasty dumplings seatin in a small plate. goshhh. but this is almost the closest.

my fuzhou fishballs are extremely tasty! its either i havent have it for a loooong time or this is freakin juicy! haa.. but the soup inside are usually 80% oil. eil stuff! the combo makes a great pair.

its friday.. its the start of another longer wkend. no reason, i got double booked this evenin. didnt know im so popular with the girls.. only? sad. its dinner at thai express. no express way to thai but an expression of thai food. haa. plus chic chit cheat chick chattin with peishan turned out duper fun. we love to talk yes. bitch no. future and lover here we come. shoot!

she suddenly look like audrey hepens and for what reason, i look terrible in fotos recently... its got to be no love factor. ive lost the shine. since zillion years ago! arr.

our foodies. turned out mine is very spicy. green is always so vegetarian lookin but this green curry. boy. go easy. red clash green equals a burnin stomach!
we want to take a foto with the christmas trees and the golden trees along orchard road. but we dont want to look like tourist from cheena and maids from indonehsah.. aaaha.

POWERFULLY BARE.

i just realised that ive got too comfy drivin without shoes.. now the first thing i do when i get to the driver seat is to remove my shoes; i use to hate the bare feelin. haa. fabulous sunday at st james powerhouse is saintly full house! the place is as big as the pink dollar and as beautiful as most of the people.. with the king of arsh dj george leong, lets be fabulous + i saw my idol!

we got snapped while the acrobats are doin some crazy stunts above... its alittle redundant thou. haa. well, its 90% dance floor, 5% waitin, 3% toliet and 2% baggage. rawks!
went out with one bag and returned with two.. a post birthday cum xmas present from lou; a tee and a [....] mouth spray. haa. thanku and thank .u. too.

MERRY X'MASURPRISE.

today had been another crazy day for the 3 of us. oh well, nothin' beats havin a car that does not move. yes. our car got stucked at wheelock's carpark. the bloody engine just cant start! we had to get technicians to come and help us get the machine movin'. maddness and heart jumpin... a day out with sis and mom for her inexpensive birthday present..

everybody get down get down.. its mommy in front and sis at the back. well.. if alice have her wonderland, mine is in town.. winter wonderland!

mommy got her birthday present early! went vuitton shoppin with her and got her a bag. she loves it, so do we... its 1.5k. me and sis shared the cost. red's poorer made mother happier. wortha! mic is always so friendly. look for him when u shop at vuitton. love him!

lunch at ding tai feng... the lady refuse to let me take photos of their exclusive cuisine. so i snapped and snapped ourselves to make me feel better! pls lah... what's wrong with me snappin. chey.

well... i still managed to take some pictures of it. haa... im a rebellious red. seriously, crystal jade does taste better... dtf is just normal and aint that good. red prefers crystal jade la mian for better xiao long bao and noodlesss.

the shockin' news of the day came. the car cannot start. omgosh... .. . we called and had one hour to spare before technicians come to rescue us. frustration got us into nydc. that me and my love potion #23. yummy!

if you look closely... mdmon9 is suckin on her tumb while readin an article off a stupid free magazine that has nothin but chunks of borin articles... we are really very tired/bored/angry.
our plan for tonight: cook a sumptuous meal consistin' of roast chicken. mango puddin. crab salad. mash. cosmo. 3hours wasted waitin for the car to come back alive. the episode had fatigued us. we settled with kfc take aways...; the kitchen is safe!

sista got this brownie from this famous place. apparently it had appeared on tv. its actually quite nice. its not as thick and hard as i thought. but still sweet and rich. divine by edmund 98878593. comes is a nice box with ribbons. good stuff.

at least the log cake survived. we still manage to collect it before headin home with our fagged out brains. just showered so my hair is like err.. haa. log-cake-li-ciouss. its hazel nut cream. hoohu!

LITTLE BLACK DEVILS.

once again the three good friends sat across coffee tables to take a good look at each other.. no delay, we all look better than usual! we may not be as famous as amos, as pretty as pretty fit but we are definitely as black as berry! glad my girls are doin good and im still marchin on the same spot. well... i see no better path to carry on. brin us higher and me forward.. a little black xmas.

lunch can never be more challengin. went to several places and we hate to join the queue. all we want is a place for salad! settled down at coffeeclub. no queue indeed... haa.

agnes b shoppin for her and my fav corner of the shop is this. the sofa is as comfy as ever and the wall is always injected with somethin nice. well. that's my new bag and ribena. no flash, flash.

miss jamie's new vuitton popincourt bag... bag lv, wallet also lv.. win liao lo! a new transformation for her. what an upgrade. im so happy for her. red influence-s!

its 4plus and we have no where to go.. walked some miles to marmalade pantry for cakes that makes me drool! well we are 3 happy people livin around other happy souls.. and yes, we are all in black. a black xmas for us.

we had blueberry cheesecake, oreo cheesecake, carrot cake and a cloud nine cupcake.. its cakes around the world and no, the cake is not agnes b complimentary.

jamie's xmas pressieee... agnes b bag... we've been hooked to agnes b for presents yah! very french yes.. a nice place to chill yes, and yes. there are free condoms to take for their active usage. arrr...

365DAYS OF THANKS.

even though thanks givin' is over, this season is not just about being jolly. look around.. feel the place.. be thankful to all that had helped you through the year. let me kick off by thankin my wardrobe. red had sort out 5 items that had shaped me for year 2006.. without these, i wouldnt be the redcoloured you see on streets. i thank em'.

my black shorts.. this is the most important in the list. i cannot imagine the days without a black shorts. i wear them to like freakin everywhere.. its soo easy to go with. tees to shirts! i have 4 in total and this is my fav. super soft.. duper comfy!

i had this cream converse shoes sneakers whatever you call them since poly. its been years i know. ive worn them all over. hk.. taipei.. shanghai.. india.. but its still in perfect condition. no tears! till now its still my fav pair. its so comfy but dirty.. haa.

this is werid i know. but since designers do not make their clothes accordin to the contour of my body.. i pin my clothes to make them look better on my body. especially sleeves of tee shirts. haa. red's secret got exposed! the technique to pin? go figure out yourself.
i do have a normal billfold wallet but this is so functional and versatile that i almost cannot live without. this links way back to my first year of poly. i bought it for the purpose to put keys and change but now i brin it everywhere i go. cards and notes fit in perfectly and it brings me from a shoppin trip to a clubbin night!

i started usin biotherm facial products last year june. and the good thing is one tube can last me for quite some time. it cleans and does not leave the plastic feelin skin after wash. i use both the femme and homme range. the homme leaves a musculine feelin after wash. perfect!

im not really a big fan of small. like small watches, bags, phones and ego! they look too fragile when small. but i do want my waist and butt to be smaller! Haa. out shoppin' (again and every other time) with lou. last second set up on msn and voom we met. been eyein' on this ck bag for sometime and finally got it just now. and bought another tee too. more sinful than durian! the seaon's disappointin. the other sales disappointin. the crowd in town, disappointin. red have 2 sets of vouchers to be sent out. check ur mail if you think its u !

funny episode: the ck sales girl asked me "you like big bag huh, so what do you put inside" and i replied nothin and showed her my bag full of crap. haa. duper friendly malay guy n girl at pragaon ck.
every time we shop... we walk the same route... we visit the same shops... snapped some common friends in town. hoohu!

DEEP FRIED. CHICKEN.

our trip to the pasar malam aka night market turned out fruitful cos' of i got fried chicken! but we over bought; leftovers goes to the bin. its very excitin' cos its been like sooo long since we went to a pasar malam. my estate never have these markets cos there's no train stations or interchanges near by. phew! i hate those.. the excited hungry ghosts drove all the way to oily lake for some pasar!

haha.. im all ready to conquer the oily lake with my long lost white tee (i sew the beads myself!), vintage badminton shorts, my teddy sling bag and the kiap kiap lou gave me last week. hee..

cup corn - old fashion. ramily burger - itsss tooo oily! tea leaf eggs - nothin' special. fake shark fin's soup - what's the point!? the latest in town - deep fried fish cake stripes from the malay stores. ouch!

fried chicken³! ive been cravin' for fried chicken for 5days and finally. haa.com. its the starbuy for tonight. uncle one of each please and i dont want the chilli powder hor, kum sia... red loves fried chicken!

back at the carpark, our lower half seems pretty normal.. feets havent been stepped till out of shape, slippers still intact!
$20 equals to too much food for 4. from fried chickensss.. bubble tea.. fish cake stripes.. pancakes.. wah ko kuay.. to even stickers! haa. back to childhood dayssss =D

backu home... tip for everyone goin to pasar malams: brin a mini electric fan or get those manual fans. it savess you from wettin too many tissue papers and dehydration!
