This is the final cake for my 21st birthday. I suppose the candle flame marks the end of all my childish acts.. 21 years of making and that's what I am today, or rather now. But Im still allowed to act cute.
Its 21. Most of the people I know have big celebrations. Either over flame grilled chicken wings, fancy hotel rooms, glamorous clubs or classy steakhouses. I didn't have any of them. Well, Im not most people. I do not have a 10kg cream filled cake or a tacky cake in a shape of a 21. Not even a 21 shaped candle to blow.
What I have is a cake shaped in a giant Chinese peach to represent longevity. Its 3 dimensions! And Chinese wordings with my name on it. Well its tacky I know. Its my birthday cake and I love it. Im proud to say this is the cutest cake ever!
Im officially an adult and I should be responsible for all my acts. I guess mom and dad won't be as protective as before. Well, Im a big boy now! Im going to be a decision maker. Being dependent for the past 21 years, moving on to independence aint easy for me.
Flashing back.. 3 years ago I was childish. I was a kid with no clue of whats going around me. 3 years later, Ive realized how naive I was then. Guess no one is interested in this, its silly. Grow up silly boy!
Im very grateful to many people whom been kind to me over these few years. Those who really care; usually those that I neglect. Im so shameful. People like Rome, my family and others.. Jayson, you are such a disappointment.
These few years had been good and bad. Ive lived my days based on a few people that I look up to. Without these icons, I wouldnt be redcoloured2006.
I always ask myself this one question: Given a choice, should I continue to live the life of my passion being single or giving up my passion to fit into someone's life. You might not understand. I hardly get it right in my mind either. I choose my passion, yet hoping miracles to happen.
Im the emotional kind. I can go on and on with all this. If you are interested to know all about me, buy me tea over good cakes will get me to spit everything out.. smile.

fabulously delicious... the thick orange flavoured marzipan wrapped the chocolate cake in perfection. not to mention the details of the cake. itssss sooo touchin. its exhibition worthy! art central.. ___________(R)___
