ONE: LET THERE BE SMOKE.
singaporeans are so straight and strict when it comes to monetary terms and health issues; the government. im not one of those taxi drivers who make noises all the time in coffee shops about how they hate the parliament or mr. lee. to me, i feel they are perfectly alright. what's there to hate about them. aint they nice people and even though they always gain after givin us some privileges, i do still. where else can you find such a well organized and properly functionin team; im sure you can somewhere. well, on the recent (not so) implementations on prohibitin smokin at dinin areas, my respond was: huh. obviously if smokers wish to smoke while enjoyin their regular chicken rice or damien rice, it must be an al fresco concept. issue is outdoor means smokin isnt it? smokers can smoke anywhere on streets can they. get indoors if you hate the smoke! but what about the smoke from the satay store at the coffee shop. please tell me they are not toxic. smokin indoors is obviously silly to mention. and i suppose the only public indoor place to smoke is in clubs eh. ive yet heard of any that smokin is against rules. so non smokin clubbers are left to suffocate in the enclosed area arent they. with the air con circulatin, even my underwear smells of cigarettes after a party night. well, im not naggin - im a non smoker and i love the smell it leaves on my clothes or jeans after the night's party - its so sexy. so lets not be so strict with rules and not so straight. twist a little and boggie to the party yesterday night. listen bey.
